Terms of Service

By visiting, browsing, registering for, purchasing licenses for, downloading userscript components of, or accessing any subpages of Private Solution (including the /escapist workspace, calculators, scanners, and browser extension bridges), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to the website, destroy any downloaded script binaries or keys, and refrain from utilizing our analytical software.

The services and software provided by Private Solution comprise:

• Mathematical Arbitrage Calculators: Web-based formulas computing stake distributions across multiple outcomes to simulate theoretical profit parity.
• Discrepancy Scanning Engines: Analytical crawlers indexing publicly accessible sports market odds across supported platforms (such as Duel, Stake, Sharp Exchange, Rollbit, Rolly, Rainbet, Roobet).
• Escapist Browser Userscript Bridge: A client-side automation script executing locally inside the user's personal browser environment to autofill calculated stakes into active betslipped tabs with humanized typing cadence.
• Capital Management Modules: Compound profit simulators and Panic Hedge rescue calculators.

Private Solution does not accept bets, place bets on your behalf, or act as an intermediary for wagers. Any bet placement is executed solely by you directly on third-party bookmaker platforms.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to engage in sports betting or utilize analytical software, whichever is higher).
• You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• You are accessing and using this software from a territory where sports arbitrage, odds analysis, and sports wagering are permissible under local, federal, and national law.

Private Solution makes no representations regarding the legality of sports betting in your geographic region. It is your sole, non-delegable responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable local statutes, tax obligations, and gambling laws.

Private Solution operates under a strict Zero-Access, Zero-Knowledge security principle:

• No Credential Harvesting: We never request, capture, log, or store your sportsbook passwords, 2FA codes, seed phrases, or private keys. You log into bookmakers exclusively through your own browser tabs.
• No Fund Custody: We have zero ability to access, withdraw, transfer, or hold your balances or cryptocurrency funds.
• Client-Side Execution: The Escapist userscript operates within an isolated world DOM sandbox in your local browser (such as Brave, Chrome, or Edge). All execution data remains on your physical machine.

While sports arbitrage mathematically exploits market inefficiencies to lock in returns across opposite outcomes, you expressly recognize and accept that sports betting carries inherent operational and counterparty risks:

• Odds Fluctuations & Rapid Line Shifts: Odds offered by bookmakers change continuously within milliseconds. A delay between placing one leg and placing the counter-leg may alter profitability or result in an unmatched leg.
• Palpable Error ("Palp") Rules: Bookmakers universally maintain rules permitting them to void or re-settle bets placed on "obvious typographical or feed errors". If a bookmaker voids one side of an arbitrage position, the remaining side becomes an unhedged speculative wager.
• Suspended Markets & Bet Rejections: A sportsbook may suspend a market, reject a stake, or impose stake cuts prior to confirmation.
• Settlement Rule Variances: Different sportsbooks may apply differing rules for specific conditions (such as tennis retirements, extra time, or rain delays). Users must independently review market rules.

Private Solution provides mathematical hedging calculators (such as the Panic Hedge Rescue Tool) to assist in computing mitigation stakes, but does not guarantee the recovery of any unhedged position or losses caused by third-party sportsbook actions.

Commercial sportsbooks and crypto casinos operate under their own private Terms of Service. Most traditional bookmakers actively monitor for arbitrage patterns and reserve unilateral discretion to:

• Impose maximum stake limits (limiting accounts to fractional stakes).
• Restrict accounts from accessing promotional offers or specific sports markets.
• Request KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification or close accounts.

While the Escapist extension incorporates anti-detection mechanisms (randomized typing jitter between 18ms–38ms and integer stake rounding), Private Solution cannot and does not guarantee that your sportsbook accounts will remain unrestricted or immune from limits. You use the software at your own risk.

Access to Private Solution software is tiered into distinct plans:

• Community Starter ($0): Complimentary access to basic web calculator functions and community Discord channels.
• Escapist ($39 promo / $79 standard / 30-day license): Single-seat license granting 30 calendar days of access to the /escapist analytical suite, live scanner feeds, and the browser extension bridge.
• Escapist VIP ($200 lifetime license): Single-seat, non-transferable perpetual license granting lifetime access to the /escapist workspace, all current tools, and future protocol updates.
• Live Coaching ($20 / hour): Scheduled 1-on-1 educational screen-share sessions with an experienced arbitrage practitioner.

Each license key is intended for a single individual user. Sharing, pooling, sublicensing, or distributing access credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate license revocation without refund.

All software licenses, license keys, and extension script downloads provided by Private Solution are classified as digital goods with instantaneous electronic delivery.

• Due to the immediate provisioning of proprietary software assets, digital license keys, and live market scanner infrastructure, all license sales (Escapist 30-day and Escapist VIP) are final and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
• Users are strongly advised to utilize the free Community Starter calculator and consult with our team on Discord prior to purchase to ensure suitability for their equipment and betting volume.
• Nothing in this section impairs any mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.

Bookings for 1-on-1 Live Coaching are subject to the following rules:

• Educational Purpose: Coaching sessions provide technical training, workflow optimization, and educational demonstrations of arbitrage mechanics. Coaching does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' prior notice via our Discord ticket system.
• No-Show Policy: If a user fails to attend a confirmed coaching session without notice, the session is forfeited without eligibility for refund.

The Private Solution name, brand assets, Escapist Protocol, proprietary userscripts, calculation algorithms, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Private Solution and its licensors.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, duplicate, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our software, algorithms, or extension code. Any detected unauthorized leak or cracked distribution will result in immediate license termination, blacklisting of cryptographic identifiers, and potential legal action.

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Private Solution, its operators, developers, contractors, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
• Any losses of funds, bankroll capital, expected betting profits, or missed trading opportunities.
• Losses resulting from third-party sportsbook actions, account limits, voids, palp errors, line cancellations, or frozen funds.
• Technical downtime, internet latency, odds feed delays, browser crashes, or third-party DOM selector updates.

In all events, the maximum aggregate liability of Private Solution to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific license giving rise to the dispute during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Private Solution, its officers, directors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use or misuse of the software, your violations of third-party sportsbook terms, or your non-compliance with applicable local gambling regulations.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time to reflect software updates, regulatory shifts, or enhanced security architectures. Any material revisions will be accompanied by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes full acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
